BY TRAIN
If you start at the St. Lucia train station, just outside is the 'Vaporetto' stop. Take the No.1 - it's about a 50 minute ride through the Grand Canal (very beautiful) or you can take the No. 51, which is a more direct route to Lido. The cost is about Lit. 6.000 one way. If you know you will be traveling back into town, you can save some money by purchasing a 24 hour pass for Lit. 18,000 or a three-day pass for Lit. 35,000. These passes give you unlimited rides on the boats and buses.
BY CAR
From Tronchetto, you can catch a ferry-boat leaving every 40 minutes, directly to Lido. Check the ferry boat schedule from TRONCHETTO to LIDO. Once at our hotel, we provide a free private parking area for you.
BY PLANE
Once off the plane, you can catch a boat at Alilaguna leaving every hour to St. Mark's Square. It will cost Lit. 17.000 per person. From St. Mark's Square, regular boat service is available every 5 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes at night. At the Lido Boat Station, get on Bus B and get off at the third stop.
